Founder and CEO

Stephen Rodriguez

Stephen has always been “the tech guy”, From his first job working for Apple in 2009 to the startup scene of Silicon Valley circa 2012 he’s been passionate about technology and how it enriches peoples lives from a very young age. When he moved to Nashville from Orange County, CA and purchased his first house here, naturally he wanted to get all of the home technology dialed in. He quickly discovered the Nashville market was significantly behind it’s California counterpart and Nashville Smart Homes was born. Stephen is married to his wife Catie. They have 2 dogs & a brand new baby girl Harper. He is most excited about the fact that home technology is still just getting started and loves being at the tip of the spear.

Preston Craig

Project Manager / Lead Tech

Preston is the guy that gets things done. He served our country in the US Coast Guard and then pursued a career in law enforcement on the Oregon Coast. Family ultimately brought him, his wife Ashley and their two children here to Middle TN where he was looking for a career change. Both Stephen & Preston actually went to the same high school back in California and reconnected when Preston moved here to TN. As a certified gadget lover himself it just made sense to become part of the NSH Team. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched and appreciated by all.

Marketing & Office Manager

Ariana Musolino

Ariana makes us look cool on the internet and keeps the office running like a Swiss watch. Admittedly she does spend a lot of time on social media but if it’s for work does it really count? She also moved here to Nashville from CA (I think there may be a theme here) with her dog Blu who keeps her very active. She also works as a pediatric occupational therapist and loves the rewarding aspect of working with children. She is an important member of the team and appreciated by all.
